2. Eligibility
By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have legal parental/guardian consent to make purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, subject to applicable Vietnamese laws.

3. Product Accuracy
We strive to accurately display our jewelry products. However, please note:

  • Visual Variations: Due to different monitor calibrations and photography lighting, there may be slight variations in the color and texture of the actual product compared to the images on our website. These subtle differences are inherent to the jewelry manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

  • Descriptions: While we endeavor to provide precise details regarding materials and dimensions, any slight discrepancies are inevitable. For clarification on specifications, please contact us at helpdesk@otavioz.com prior to placing an order.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you via the email provided and refund any payments made.

  • Customer Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately via helpdesk@otavioz.com within 1 hour of placing it. If the order has already been packaged or shipped, it will be subject to our Return Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
All content included on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and jewelry designs, is the sole property of Otavioz and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent obtained via helpdesk@otavioz.com.
